DAA members may be interested to note the Department for Education (DfE) recently announced a second tranche of funding which includes six new SEND contracts. Up to £3.25 million has been ear marked for the contracts and invitations to tender have now been issued. This comes after last month’s DfE announcement of the first tranche of funding worth £80 million to support the implementation of the SEND reforms.
