This virtual network was established following participants expressing their interest in joining it at the Disability Action Alliance (DAA) ‘X’-Card Event held on 5th October 2015.
Terms of Reference:
The DAA ‘X’-Card Virtual Network will work within the overall mission statement of the DAA, to make a difference to the lives of disabled people, through innovative partnership working and the sharing of information and good practice.
Remit / role:
The network’s intention is to be able to share good practice and collaborate more easily by being part of a network that has signed up to this way of working.
The network will do so by:
• Utilising the DAA website online networking facilities to network with each other, and share knowledge/information.
• Sharing contact details with each other, to enable discussions to take in other ways than online (e.g. via email, teleconference call, or telephone, etc).
