This Girl Can is celebrating its first anniversary with a reported 2.8 million women and girls saying that they have become more active! We are proud to say that this national campaign was developed by DAA member, Sportengland with a wide range of partnership organisations.
It’s a celebration of active women up and down the country who are doing their thing no matter how well they do it, how they look or even how red their face gets. Though this campaign isn’t disability focused, we have noticed that many DAA members have been tweeting about this today. The message of getting out there and fulfilling your potential is one that resonates with the DAA.
