Alliance member, Active Norfolk, are offering FREE ten-week courses in a wide variety of sports, including golf, swimming, dance, tennis, bowls and yoga.
Here’s the challenge… can you do just 30 minutes of sport or physical activity today? That’s all it takes to see the difference it makes, not only to your health, but your social life and confidence too.
In return for the free course, which begin in October 2014, you will be expected to complete a questionnaire at the beginning and end of the course and 6 and 12 months after signing up.
