Alliance member, National Survivor User Network (NSUN), and the University of York are inviting members of the public, who currently access mental health services (or have accessed them in the past), to take a course delivered by MindApples. The course is on wellbeing, mental effectiveness and resilience and isn’t available to the public so is a great opportunity to get support, have fun, and help MindApples improve their services at the same time.
The training, in London, is FREE, you only need to commit to attend eight one hour group sessions, one per week, and also fill in three questionnaires to help the University of York evaluate the programme. You’ll even get a £10 high street voucher for each questionnaire.
Sign up by 30 Sept 2014 and you’ll be able to start training in Oct/ Nov 2014 or in the spring 2015.
