The NCCSC is seeking to appoint members to a guideline committee for a new NICE guideline that is in development. The guidelines will treat the subject of the care and support of older people with learning disabilities. NCCSC are looking for up to 18 people who reflect experience from rural and urban communities and different localities. The committee will include at least 5 service users and carers.

NICE awareness survey
The NCCSC are also carrying out a survey to assess the awareness and use of the NICE social care quality standards and guidelines. They are particularly interested to hear from operational managers and practitioners. If you have experience of this sort, please do take the survey. The survey closes on Friday 28 August 2015
