DAA members may be interested to know about, and possibly respond to a consultation for National Rail Passengers, by 25/9/15. See more info below:
The National Rail Passenger Survey (NRPS) is a tool used by the rail industry and governments to monitor passenger satisfaction and train companies’ performance. The survey has been in existence for fifteen years during which time it has evolved in line with changes in the industry, passenger behaviour and stakeholder expectations. It is no longer the survey that was initially conceived and, following both technical and stakeholder reviews, we at Transport Focus believe the time has come to update NRPS to better reflect today’s railway and the varied needs of both passengers and stakeholders. We are therefore inviting comments from as wide a range of users as possible, hence our approach to you.
Responses to this consultation should be submitted in writing, either by post or by e-mail. Responses should be received by midnight on Friday 25th September 2015 for them to be considered.
Copies of this consultation document are available on the Transport Focus website.
