Whilst Caudwell Children welcome volunteers of all ages and backgrounds, they are particularly interested in increasing the number of over 50s. Good life skills enable prospective volunteers to offer flexible, practical and emotional support to families at a time of crisis.
By committing just two hours a week volunteers can provide a range of support, helping families to access equipment, treatment and therapy services. Importantly, volunteers can be someone who simply listens.
